He has a long bushy black tail, and wears small-sized Kobold armor across his body. His hands are small and clawed, and he tends to run on all fours. He has large ears that poke out from under his steel helmet. Ga Bu shares the same model as most regular Kobolds, though he is much smaller and youthful. Za Da considered her request only due to Ga Bu's earnest trust in the party, especially since Alisaie had saved him. Determined to continue helping Alisaie for what she had done for him, Ga Bu followed the Scions of the Seventh Dawn and Admiral Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn to the U'Ghamaro Mines.Īfter the tempering of the Kobold Patriarch Za Da was reversed, Ga Bu pleaded with him to consider the peace offered by Merlwyb to put an end between Limsa Lominsa's violent relationship with La Noscea's beast tribes. Using her new familiar, and with a great amount of aether channeling, Alisaie reversed Ga Bu's tempering and awakened his mind, effectively curing him. He remained one of her driving forces of determination, remembering his struggle.įollowing the return from the First, Alisaie considered if it was possible to reverse the effects of tempering. Alisaie apologized for not coming to visit him before, and was saddened to see that Ga Bu had yet to show signs of recovery. The Warrior of Light and Alisaie checked on Ga Bu. He weakly promised to do so for her, before falling back into his tempered silence. Before they departed, Alisaie asked for Ga Bu to keep fighting and stay strong as she related to losing loved ones. Alisaie protested and wanted him taken in for therapy and helped recover. Due to having summoned Titan and likely being exposed to eikonic influence, the Maelstrom lieutenant suggested killing him. Though the Warrior of Light defeated the primal, the traumatic experience and the primal's influence had fractured Ga Bu's mind and he became unresponsive. Ga Bu was about to be struck by his own creation until Alphinaud Leveilleur stopped him and was teleported to safety. While sharing the same form as previous summons, the primal's temperament was shaped by Ga Bu, now lashing out at everyone while crying for his parents. Falling into despair, his intense grief summoned Titan through the crystals the Kobolds had gathered. He had arrived too late as they were unresponsive to his cries. After seizing the crystals just outside, they ventured into U'Ghomoro Mines where Ga Bu beheld the sight of his slain parents. ![]() He fled in fear until cornered, where Alisaie calmed him down. As he approached Camp Overlook he could fearfully only observe from afar, until the Leveilleur twins and the Warrior of Light noticed him. The lone child Ga Bu fled from the mines to warn the Maelstrom of an incoming summoning of Titans when the Patriarch captured his parents.
